Ingredients

  • 1 cup raw almonds
  • 2 tablespoons nutritional yeast
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • ½ teaspoon salt

Cooking Directions

  1. Blend almonds, nutritional yeast, garlic powder, and salt together in a blender until desired consistency is reached.
Nutritional yeast will definitely give a typical cheesy taste, but if you want to try something unique, try brewers yeast; you will very likely want the debittered version!; Cashews will also give a subtle difference in taste, but not near as drastic; This cheese will not melt of course, so use accordingly.
